This model is based on real data, which means that it presents a realistic buildings and streets setup of Krasnoyarsk, Russia. There are 5 building groups set up so you can add variety to the buildings (color materials and/or textures), Groups can be turned off/on. UV mapped with overlapping UVs. The model is positioned on a flat surface (all buildings are on the "floor" - no elevation data included). Geometry is polygonal quads and tris, and the model is untextured which renders fast. Other models available as "Road Network and Streets" have actual 3D models of streets ("XYZ" is an example city/area name). Check the details of each model by previewing the images. You get exactly that 3D model upon purchase, which you see on the preview images. Keep in mind that even though the model reflects reality, buildings might be missing due to lack of data processing, depending on how far they were able to get into processing that specific part of Krasnoyarsk. In this case it may be that later they'll add more features that were initially missing because data wasn't available then but now are ready. Same applies with regards future plans such as new constructions and urban projects already included into maps though not physically yet existent on-site, due those things still only proposed until the realisation process has been put into action. This model shows a minimalistic view of presenting cities in that style they show exact alignments, street angles heights (except areas without information) but they don't serve purposes requiring more detail which might involve urban landscape rendering high definition levels for architecture and etc so these can only provide low end level graphics like normal city streets etc. Also be aware this model isn't 3d printing ready. As you make a purchase, what will get received is the same one that was previewed by anyone looking at images available through websites of creators who designed and released.
