I wanted to craft a one-of-a-kind Kraken miniature for my D&D game but couldn't find any pre-made models that quite captured the creature's essence. To create something truly unique, I decided to combine the head of mz4250's Kraken model with its tentacles and pair them with a conch shell to give it an otherworldly, ancient appearance. For added visual interest, I incorporated two different types of tentacles from notcolinforreal's models. Please note that this miniature is not designed for use on a 1"x1" grid and will require scaling adjustments if you plan to use it in gameplay.
