Kraken Gold Subwoofer cabinet for Dayton Audio HTS545HE-4. Two of these were previously built from plans available online by a third party. Both cabinets were noisy and self-destructed (fault shown duplicated in simulation) due to the lack of sufficient bracing for the lower baffle. I haven't seen the previously assembled cabinets or their drivers, just photos from venue after failure. One of two replacement cabinets (with additional bracing) was assembled here and tested with better 15 in. (with adapter) and 21 in. drivers. Parts were cut on CNC router from 1.0 in. and 24mm oak plywood. Assembled with Titebond glue, 1.0x1.0 in. glue blocks (not included in files), staples, and screws. Parts in CAD files do not include cut allowances that were added latter in CAM. Modifications include internal braces and 1.0 in. depth increase.
