To build this device, gather two bolts that are precisely 10mm long and 4.5mm wide, along with four zip ties, a single rubber band, and some strong adhesive glue. Begin by attaching the wheels to their respective axles, securing them firmly in place with one of the zip ties. Next, take the jaw component and attach it to its designated mount using the two provided bolts and corresponding nuts. Once the jaw is securely fastened, close it gently and position the rubber band onto the hooks found on both the jaw and the device's body. Finally, apply a small amount of glue to hold the head component in place above the jaws, ensuring a sturdy bond forms between them.
