Battery box and encoder board platform for vintage Kraft Signature Series, KPT-7C, KPT-7CS, KPT-5C and KPT-5CS transmitters.Designed to be a direct, bolt-in replacement for the original nylon molded battery box which held 6 sub-C nicads. The base includes the appropriate hole for the charging/buddy box jack. The original encoder board can be mounted above the battery box using the original nylon holders and bolts.The top cover has two modified versions - one which holds two 4-cell AAA battery holders and another which fits a small 3S Lipo and voltage regulator. Both are designed with openings so that the batteries can be inserted/replaced without removing and disassembling the battery box.
