KP3S Modular Fan Duct for 3010/4010 Hotend and 4020 or 5015 Part cooling + ABL Mount / BLTouch

This wonderful duct made by graham works perfectly with the kp3s, no need for this remix incase you don't mind the noise of the stock 3010 fan. Edit: I was made aware that the original duct by graham does not line up with our nozzle, so I take that "works perfectly" back. You can still use this remix fan duct kit with the stock 3010, just bolt it over the fan duct, if you prefer to use the 3010 over a 4010. As I wanted to change to a 4010 fan that was way quieter than the stock 3010 one I had to remix the amazing fan duct of graham to fit with my 3010 to 4010 fan adapter. Therefore, this is sort of modular, as you will need both the 3010 to 4010 adapter as well as the fan duct itself in case you want to use this duct with a 4010. Technically you can use the stock 3010 fan for cooling with this remix, but the original is way smoother and prints without supports, so I wouldn't do it personally. (Edit: the original by graham does not line up with the kp3s nozzle, use my remix and reattach the 3010 over the new fan duct and screw it in place) Print this with high infill density like 80-100% and supports touching the platform. This is only a remix and all credit goes to the original maker, graham01, I only needed to adapt it to make it work for me. You will need one 4010 fan and one 4020 fan for part cooling. I run it at around 70-80% for PLA which gives me very good cooling, while staying relatively quiet. I also have my slicer bump the fan speed to 100% for bridging. When the printer is idle you basically can't hear it thanks to the 4010 fan. Edit: Added a remix of the 5015 version as well, so both 4020 and 5015 fans are an option. Also added a v2 of the 4020 mount as I found that the stl of the mounting plate didn't come out just clean, it was good enough, but not perfect, so I changed it. Edit 2: Added two different mounts for an auto-leveling-sensor, one slim one as well as one for the Th3D EZABL. Print them as given, without supports and then turn it upside down when you are mounting it on to the printer, as seen in the pictures i provided. For Marlin FW: #define NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET { -35, -45, 0 } Edit 3: Added a mount for a BLTouch/3DTouch Sensor, credit goes to J-design for the original design which you can find here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4636439 , this was only slightly remixed, I moved the holding arm further to the left as to not interfere with the duct (unfortunately thingiverse is not letting me add this is a remix so again credit to j-design for this great mount) For the BLTouch Mount you need to print both BLTouch files included in the files. Edit 4: added a new remix of Artificial's BMG V6 Mod that retains the modularity of this kit check it out here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4658647 Lastly, if you want a quieter printing experience on the kp3s, then add some m3 nuts as spacers under the 4010 fan cooling the mainboard, the baseplate is making it obnoxiously loud and adding some spacers helps out a lot! (last picture) Incase you don't know what fans to use, check these for reference as these would all work (24v), but probably try sourcing them cheaper if possible: Part cooling fan 4020: https://www.ebay.com/itm/24V-40mm-Blower-Fan-4020-40mm-x-20mm-Turbo-Cooling-3D-Printer-Rep-Rap-2-pin/182324018357?hash=item2a735bbcb5:g:lr0AAOSwXFRcV2Oa Part cooling fan 5015: https://www.ebay.com/itm/24V-DC-5cm-50mm-X-15mm-5015s-Radial-Cooling-Blower-Centrifugal-Exhaust-Fan-2-Pin/123217361030?hash=item1cb053b886:g:m7cAAOSw1ilbNAek Hotend cooling fan: https://www.ebay.com/itm/4010S-24V-Lufter-40x40x10mm-Brushless-DC-Fan-Cooler-40mm-3D-Drucker-Prusa-RepRap/331833828455?hash=item4d42d66467:g:jKkAAOSwKThdYyOJ If you want to add auto bed leveling, the easiest way would be if the sensor is 5v and either capacative (for stock bed, glass) or inductive (for spring steel PEI). It can just plug into the Z port on the mainboard with some dupont jumper wire (connectors).
