Kingroon KP3S: All-in-one Lightweight KP3S Carriage & Bracket + Mellow's Libra Mini (126g) + nema14 (Modified Sherpa Mini) + Mosquito hotend + Copper Block + 25mm axial fan (Aliexpress) + BLTouch ABL sensor + 5015 radial fan + fan duct (1g) Current weight of components with bracket 229g. For reference the existing pancake stepper motor alone weighs ~153g. You could reduce the weight further by using a standard aluminum block & standard Sherpa Mini (122g). Other Features: - Fits directly onto X axis MGN12 rail - Mosquito Hotend can be mounted with M2.5 top or side screws. - BLTouch shares the right screw from the Sherpa Mini (compact) - 5015 fan can be flipped up/down for installation/maintenance - Hole at 5015 fan mount can be used to secure wires with cable tie - Nozzle shifted backward in Y, maintain the nozzle X position - For future Z axis linear rail mod that will shift everything forward Recommended steps for installation: 1. Print the carriage bracket (11g) & fan duct (1g) 2. Assembly components onto the bracket & superglue fan duct to 5015 fan 3. Flip up the 5015 fan to install it onto the X-axis MGN12 linear rail 4. Wire up the electrical components (heat thermistor, cartridge & fans) You would need: - 2x M3 Brass Inserts (to mount the Sherpa Mini) - Various M3 screws lengths: * 4x screws for linear rail carriage * 1x long screw shared between Sherpa Mini (right side) & BLTouch (rear side) * 1x short screw for Sherpa Mini (left side) * 1x short screw for BLtouch (Front side) - 1x M3 Nut (for BLTouch) For Configuration changes: "DEFAULT_E0_STEPS_PER_UNIT 768" For Libra Mini 768 > 1165
