19-May-2021 Added another design of cooling duct Recommend to add thermo-insulation above heat-block. Recommend to print by ABS, possibly PLA is also usable (not tested). No need support. Need to glue two nozzles after printed. I attach GCODE for KP3S. Succeeded to print by ABS without enclosure (nozzle 240c, bed 70c, room temp was around 20c). If it is difficult to print ABS, I suggest print this duct by PLA first and install. Then print again by ABS. This cooling duct works great for ABS printing. Normally, I use 50% fan speed. Nozzle temp would not drop when started cooling.
