KP3S 5015 fan duct EVA TriHorn adaptation for V6 and Titan Extruder

This is a new design of a fan duct using a much stronger 5015 radial fan and the original 30 mm for the coldend or adapter to 4010 fan. It is designed around the V6 hotend with ceramic heating block and Titan Extruder from TriangleLab but should work with normal V6 block as well. The stock Titan Feeder should work as well with the spacer or even without. There seems to be an offset of the hotend. If possible try a balanced Sunon fan but check speed reduction via PWM on those. Maybe a small electrolytic capacitor can prevent PWM humming. Otherwise I can recommend GDSTIME 5015 radial fans with dual ball bearing and 24V. The fan duct is an adaptation of the EVA TriHorn High Narrow Duct from pkucmus to fit to the KP3S. The design of the EVA duct has the nozzle tip positioned between all duct vents. My own tests showed that the air of the opposing ducts on the sides is directed behind the nozzle in that position. Thatswhy I put a spacer into this design that comes between the mount and the fan and requires screws that are 5 mm longer. To be more versatile the mount is height adjustable. On the right side of the mount there are two holes for heat/threaded M3 inserts to attach an ADXL345 for Klipper usage. On the other side there are holes for zip ties and weight reduction. It is intended to use M3 heat/threaded inserts on the front of the mount to fasten the fan and duct. Screw list: 3 * M4x5 to attach the mount to the KP3S using the original holes 2 * M3x25 to attach the fan duct and fan to the mount - if the spacer is used M3x30 is required!
