KP3 Custom fan hood with single 4010 blower

Custom fan hood for Kingroon KP3 with 4010 blower fan for part cooling. I built it in two parts to ensure better print quality and strength, requiring just a few essential hardware pieces. To assemble this custom hood, you will need: - 2 x M2 x 20mm screws, which I used pan head - 2 x M2 washers (optional) - 2 x M3 x 8mm screws to replace the original M3 x 6mm screws that hold the cover onto the carriage - 1 x M2 x 6mm screw to secure the 4010 blower fan The four bolts used to attach the original 40mm cooling fan can be reused to secure it to the new hood. You'll also need a 4010 24V blower fan, which I recommend having with 30-32 inch wires for optimal performance. My own setup has 28 inch wires, but they are a bit too short. I included pictures showing the orientation of the print bed for your reference. This custom hood can be printed without any supports, making it easy to produce. For the bracket, I used tree supports in Cura, ensuring that they only touch the build plate. I printed this design using 3D Solutech PLA with three layer walls and 50% infill. So far, I've had no issues with the parts closest to the hotend. Please note that this design requires relocating the heater and thermistor to the other side of the heater block. To do this, simply remove the grub screw at the bottom of the heater block, gently pull out the heater and thermistor together, and then reinsert them on the other side. Finally, reinsert the grub screw. The hood features a loop on the heatsink side, which is intended as a zip tie down point for the heater wires to prevent wire movement and keep things tidy.
