I designed a helpful part for 3D printer mechanisms using the FK KP001 model. I created a CAD file based on it and shared it in STL format for previewing in 3D models here. It's available in AD_PRT (Geomagic Design) and STEP formats as well. This pillow block with a bearing inside features two set screws that securely hold the shaft, making it an economical and practical option. By using this part, I save time by not having to build multiple pillow blocks and use shaft collars. The KP001 is intended for use as a mechanical design stand-in, accurately representing the mount's face, hole locations, sizes, offsets, positions, and bores. My model incorporates these details, although it deviates from the original in minor aspects that don't affect its functionality for design purposes.
