Compact H-Bot Type 3D Printer.\nHousing is constructed from 2020 aluminum frame (150L x 8, 190L x 4) using angled brackets for connection (x12).\nMotors are NEMA 17 size, four in total.\nPrints on a Z20 x 3 axis system, with 2 GT Pulleys.\nThe X-axis guide shaft is 4mm x 155L x 2 and the Y-axis guide shaft is also 4 x 150 L x 2, both of equal diameter.\nThe Z-axis guide shaft is 6mm in diameter x 150L x 2.\nThe cooling fan for the head is a 2510 size fan.\nOriginal type hot end with a heater that operates on 12V, 20W power supply.\nThe print bed is made from acrilic (t2) material and is detachable.\nThe leveling mechanism of the print bed utilizes marlin's manual bed leveling feature via an LCD menu item to operate it. \nThe DISCOUNT SMART CONTROLLER device is required for this function.\nThe drive gear system utilizes MK8 Drive Gear units.\nGuide bearings on the Y and X axis are 623ZZ style with axles parallel pinned at a depth of 3 x 10L each.\nThe idler and slid components use NTN manufactured R-MLE bearings or OILES LF bushings (02008x20) as alternatives. Idler shafts utilize plain pins in parallel orientation, four total.\nMounting for bushings and pins require post-processing drilling to size on existing print features. Taps must be utilized to size holes prior to fastener insertion.\nTightening bolts at fastener locations requires post-print processing by way of drill and tap process. Limit switch bolts use an M1.4 diameter, requiring the use of a 1mm drill for pilot hole generation.\nThe build volume for this system is approximately 108x71x103 mm in dimension.
