Kotobuki - A cup for measuring 50g of rice

I made a measuring cup like a "Masu" that can measure 50g of rice. The name is "壽 - Kotobuki". (In ancient times, 壽 is to pray for longevity and security by saying congratulatory words.) Modeling itself is easy because it is a simple quadrangle, but I was a little worried about converting 50g of rice to volume cc. Since 150g of 1合(go) rice is 180cc, the volume of 100g of rice is 120cc, calculated by the proportional formula. 150g : 180cc = 100g : 120cc By the way, 1合(go) of rice is quite a lot for one person, and we always weigh 100g and cook it. So, at first I thought about making a 100g measuring cup, but I thought I might measure 150g, and the size is good enough to fit in the tapper that holds the rice. With that in mind, I decided to make a 50g measuring cup. The work is a great success. As you can see in the picture, we were able to measure just 50g of rice with a full glass. 2 cups if you want to weigh 100g, 3 cups if you want to weigh 1合(go). It's easy. This 3D model was created using Fusion 360. As you can see in the picture, it takes some ingenuity to extrude characters on Fusion 360. Prepare the image of the character you want to extrude as a JPEG or PNG file, and convert it to SVG with Inkscape or the like. Then import it into Fusion 360 and extrude it.
