Kossel XL End stop mount for adjustable carriage

Kossel XL End stop mount for adjustable carriage

thingiverse

I designed this custom mount after crafting adjustable carriages featuring the adjusting screw centered and end stop switches that are deliberately positioned off-center from their traditional location. This strategic placement enables the switch to sit centrally on both the mount and extrusion, making reliable contact with the adjuster screw once again. This custom-built mount intentionally offsets the switch 3mm to the right, designed specifically for a switch with 9.5mm holes that are centered from each other. Moreover, the mount displaces the switch away from the rail by 14mm because it will now need to establish contact with the carriage instead of the roller mount. Due to this alteration, button head screws must be used until a more effective solution is discovered to prevent unwanted rub on the belts. Currently, my printer is offline while awaiting the production of these custom components; hence, I'm unable to test and fine-tune them personally.
