The Kossel 3D printer requires various components for assembly. The Bill of Materials can be found at this link. Printed parts include a plate with an end effector, extruder, frame extruder holder, retractable, and hotend fan holder. There are also three plates with separate parts such as frame corner (bottom and top vertex), vertical carriage, and frame endstop holder. The frame requires 3 x 500mm vertical Misumi HFS3-1515-500, 9 x 300mm horizontal Misumi HFS3-1515-300, and a borosilicate glass print surface with a 200mm diameter. Linear motion components include three 320mm Miniature Linear Guides SSELB13-320, three 984mm S2M belt closed loop with 2mm pitch and 6mm width, three S2M pulleys with 20 teeth and 2mm pitch (HTPA20S2M060-K-P5), three S2M pulleys with 20 teeth and 2mm pitch (HTPA20S2M060-A-H6), and six Oil Free Bushings - Flanged ID=5mm OD=6mm GFM-0506-04. Diagonal push rods consist of twelve Traxxas 5347 rod ends and six 228mm Carbon tubes with an ID of 4mm. The extruder and Bowden require a Clear PFA tubing with an ID of 2mm and OD of 4mm, two One-Touch Couplings - Threaded Connectors with an ID of 4mm and M5 thread (MSCNL4-M5), a Deep Groove Ball Bearing 634ZZ, and a NEMA-17 motor. Endstops include three Omron FPML24 Microphoto Sensors. The automatic bed leveling probe consists of a Microphoto Sensor (same as endstop), a Bondhus 1.5mm L77mm allen wrench, and Torsion Springs T012B. Fasteners required are M3x6mm Hexagon Socket Head Cap Screws (120 pieces), M3x18mm Hexagon Socket Head Cap Screws (28 pieces), M3x3mm Hex Socket Set Screws (3 pieces), M3x12mm Hex Socket Set Screws (3 pieces), D5mm x L15mm, M3x6mm Shoulder Bolts (4 pieces), and M2x8mm Self-Tapping Screws (8 pieces).
