20.04.2020: Please download new files individually through the "Files" tab. Zip archives do not get updated. 17.04.2020: Add a New tool with holes designed for M3 screws. Include PDF files suitable for printing on laser printers, allowing you to position them precisely on the board without using calipers. Add Kompas3D files in .m3d and .step formats, giving you flexibility to modify them as needed. Use 1psc as a test model. You can insert rods into this tool to verify your (kossel) rod sizes. To do so, heat the connecting area and move the edges of the rods. After heating, use an M3x30 screw as a lever to adjust the length of the rods. Remember to wait for the rods to cool before gluing them in place. For this project, I recommend using HIPS or ABS/PETG materials because they don't deform when heated, unlike PLA. To get started, refer to my test model at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3491036, which features a 22 cm diameter skirt and a 0.2 mm height. The results are perfect.
