Kossel R1

The base files came from the Kossel (http://reprap.org/wiki/Kossel). I modified the models for a 20x20 mm profile (http://www.motedis.com/shop/Nutprofil/20-I-Typ-Nut-5/Aluprofil-20x20-I-Typ-Nut-5::1076.html). The horizontal profiles are 280mm long and the vertical ones are 650mm. This gives a printable square of 140mm and a print diameter of 190mm. The print height is 255mm. The diagonal rods are 252mm long (DELTA_DIAGONAL_ROD = 252mm). An E3D-V6 Hotend sits in the Effector.
