Kossel Pro E3D V6 End Effector with Fan Mount

Hello Everyone, I'm thrilled to announce that I've finally completed my Kossel End Effector for the E3DV6 hot end upgrade! My goal was to create a design that's both simple and compact, yet easy to print. After some trial and error, I managed to achieve it in just two pieces, each taking approximately 1-2 hours depending on your printer settings. The design utilizes three 30mm fans, with one dedicated to cooling the hot end and two for product cooling, resulting in impressive bridging capabilities and high-resolution printing. Print Settings Printer: Kossel Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .15 Infill: 30% Notes: I printed this at a .25mm layer height using Gunmetal and Translucent Red PETG. The design seamlessly comes together, requiring no screws whatsoever. If you prefer, you can apply a small amount of glue to the joint for added security, but I found it unnecessary. The fan ducts are offset by 0.5mm from the nozzle. Given this tight tolerance, I've provided two cooler files – one with slightly shorter nozzles and another with longer ones – to ensure compatibility regardless of your E3D's length. Additionally, there's a channel on the inside of the cooler for routing thermistor wires through.
