I've built this end effector and I'm fairly confident it will function properly, but I'm still waiting for parts to test it out. It utilizes four 30x30x10mm fans, with one cooling the hot end and the other three blowing air onto the print. I use "uxcell M3x4mmx5mm Female Threaded Brass Knurled Insert Embedded Nuts" on Amazon for the hot end clamp. For arm nuts, I employ the stock internally threaded tubes that my printer already uses. To mount fans, I use #2 size 5/8" long screws; I intended to order and utilize #4 size screws but, oh well. I would greatly appreciate any feedback as this is still in development! 9/22/16 update I mounted all of the components, got all the wiring soldered to a connector, and manually leveled the bed. The part cooling fans are cooling down the heater block too fast and excessively. So much so that it triggers the thermal shut off and stops printing. I could adjust the firmware to allow for a larger deviation in temperature or design fan ducts to direct air at the print. 9/24/16 update I finished designing the part cooling fan ducts. I made some custom supports for the duct because slicers have difficulty detecting sharp-edged overhangs. Part files are updated. 10/22/16 update Even with the fan ducts, the high airflow rate is still cooling off the heater block too fast. I've been working diligently on designing new end effectors. I'm currently on version 5, which I've uploaded under a new part page: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1844149
