Kossel Pro Delta E3D V6 End Effector Version 8

This is version eight of my end effector for openbeam kossel pro and other delta printers. It uses an E3D V6 hotend and boasts exceptional part cooling features. Main goals for this end effector include: -fitting a standard E3D V6 hotend -preventing the nozzle from getting too far beneath the arms -integrating hotend cooling for optimal performance -providing excellent wrap-around part cooling -featuring a two-piece hotend clamp design -using standard 30mm fans -eliminating interference between the end effector and arms -securing arm mounting for stability -enabling easy printing of parts -including a fan duct with ribbing to direct airflow efficiently -positioning the fan duct nozzle close to the print nozzle Improvements from version five include: -enhanced part cooling ducting for improved airflow -introducing a two-piece hotend clamp design -improving secure arm mounting by eliminating the round standoff -enabling easier printing by removing areas with small contact to the bed -increasing airflow through the fan duct body -positioning the fan duct body further away from the heater block to prevent melting and warping -including a fan duct with ribbing to direct air efficiently -locating the fan duct nozzle close to the print nozzle Hardware requirements include: -eight M3 4x4mm embedded nuts (not standard 5.5mm hex nuts) -M3 screws: one 6mm, two 8mm, and two 10mm -six 5/8" #4 thread rolling screws for mounting fans To achieve optimal results when printing this end effector: -print with supports set to 46 degrees to avoid support in hard-to-reach areas -for the fan duct, set extrusion width to .5mm, layer height to .1mm, and print at a slow speed (30mm/s) to successfully print overhangs without support Dimensions for this end effector include: -arm width: 41mm -radius: 30mm
