Kossel Pro Delta E3D V6 End Effector Version 5
youmagine
This design is another attempt to create an end effector for the Kossel Pro and E3D V6 hotend. It directly replaces the stock end effector with identical arm spacing and radius. My previous designs had cooled off the heater block too quickly, so I hope this one performs better. The pictured end effector was printed in PLA on my other printer to test fit. The goal of this design is to minimize interference between fans and arms by placing the fans in the center and reducing the part cooling fans from three to two. A new duct system directs airflow closer to the nozzle, which should greatly improve PLA prints. It provides 230 degrees of cooling and attaches to the bottom with three #4 screws. Other minor improvements include a cable tie mount for clean cable routing and a single bolt hot end clamp that reduces bulk and parts needed. Single layer tabs aid bed adhesion on small surface area sections.
