I made slight adjustment to Jay's printed slides from github. The carriages are not edited, I just attached them as they are the ones that fit with the slides. These only work with misumi slides, not openbeam and do not support nylon screws, but you dont really need them. The inner channel is open for small wires like the endstop wires. If you want the open channel switched to the outer side or removed in general is you are running your wires to the top, then let me know and i'll edit it. The carriages have built in belt clamps and have the pivot point centered. Note: These slides will not work with any other carriage since the holes are in different places, if you need a custom carriage, please leave me a message and i'll see if I can edit the carriage to work with the slides. Source: https://github.com/Jaydmdigital/mk_BOM_STL Edited tower_slides V2.stl carriage V2.stl NOTE: It's recommended to apply dry ptfe lube to have smoother motion and reduced noise. If your slides begin to "honk" then applying dry ptfe lube will get rid of that. You can get some from home depot for like $5. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Blaster-9-3-oz-Dry-Lube-with-PTFE-Lubricant-16-TDL/202532762 Instructions Slide: 4 M3 12MM screws to attach carriage Carriage: 2 M3 10MM Screw to attach rods 2 M3 Nyloc Nuts DO NOT TAP THE SLIDE HOLES, only the carriage holes.
