Kossel Mini wide effector

My Kossel Mini kit arrived with an assortment of rod ends featuring extra large eyelets. These oversized eyelets were prone to jamming together with the standard effectors, causing knuckle-like collisions. To resolve this issue, I turned to trigonometry and created a parametric effector that would accurately widen without leaving any unsightly gaps. The standard Kossel Mini scad source was insufficient for merely enlarging the effector, so a more robust solution was needed. Although I haven't optimized it for use in the customizer yet, this new effector is a major improvement over the original design. Perhaps someday, I'll find time to format it for seamless integration into the software.
