Kossel Mini Switch holder
thingiverse
I needed a custom switch body holder for the Kossel Mini, which features a 15 mm beam that fits M3 screws perfectly. So I designed this to fit snugly onto a 90-degree angle on the Kossel Mini, ensuring that the switch wouldn't get hit every time the carriage moved up to home position. Before making this upgrade, I had three microswitches mounted on these endstops. However, I've since replaced them with optical endstops, which offer significantly better quality control and homing accuracy. The mechanical issues were causing severe deviations in my prints, but now that I've made the switch to optos, I'm experiencing near-perfect homing conditions.
