Kossel Mini holding clip for hexagonal glass plates (IKEA mirror)
thingiverse
Hey Thingiverse, it's me again!\nThis time I have created a custom clip that securely holds a hexagonal mirror in place. If you're not sure which specific mirror I'm referring to, no worries - you can easily pick up one as part of an affordable IKEA set.\nTo ensure the glass plate stays firmly in place, print three or more of these clips. What's even better is that they offer seamless backwards compatibility with older glass bed plates (if you happen to have a 175mm one lying around). Plus, they clip effortlessly onto openbeam extrusions without requiring any screws.\nWhile I haven't had my new clips for very long, I've noticed they tend to lose their springiness over time. Don't let that deter you - it's not as bad as it sounds. Who knows, maybe I'll revisit the design soon and come up with an improved version.
