Having decided that Boo's Adjustable Mini Kossel Hotbed and Glass Bed Clamp V2 design meets my needs, I've made modifications to suit my purposes. To satisfy my requirement for more-than-side-pressure retention on the glass plate, this modification adds a lip that slightly reduces the build area but ensures secure clamping during movement. I've broken out the build into separate parts: Kossel-Hexagon_Heat_Plate_Mount and Kossel-Glass_Bed_Mount_Clip. If you already have the boot printed, you only need to use my clip modification if you want to take advantage of it. Additionally, although not shown in the pictures, the underside of the heated bed is cushioned and insulated with Aerogel. When doing this, make sure your electrical joints are sealed up tight, as some insulating materials may be conductive. I achieved this by using high-temp silicone that can withstand temperatures of around 300 degrees Celsius over any exposed conductive points.
