Kossel Mini effector for E3D-v6

Effectors for Kossel Minis now feature a z-probe removed as I'm shifting to using FSR for z-calibrations. Holes originally used by the bracket have been eradicated from these effectors too. Meanwhile, fans demand mounting upside down - as displayed in photographs. Pending Assignments: Mount additional fan mounts. Requisites: Print this assembly under standard conditions according to reprap kossel mini wiki configurations. Remove that plastic halfcircle present in central holes for it merely supports flange. Only mount E3D-v6 once you've cleared it. Scad files for the build depend on having both configuration.scad and effector.scad readily available - you can obtain these from original Kossel Mini design here https://github.com/jcrocholl/kossel
