Kossel Mini 2020 Frame Brace. I have upgraded the base thickness to 10mm since printing the first one, so a 15mm M3 screw will fit with a T nut to secure it securely. Update!!! V2 thickness is now back at 6mm to conserve plastic and includes raised sections around mount holes (even on the vertical side!) so 15mm M3 screws will fit perfectly. 9/12/17 V3 includes mount holes for cross braces that add extra stability. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Kossel Mini Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .3mm Infill: 40% Notes: Print settings are fairly unimportant. Keep the infill up for strength, I also used 3 shells. I chose to print in PLA for greater rigidity and added durability. How I Designed This Designed with 123Design.
