Kossel Linear Plus Feet with screwdown lugs
thingiverse
I used a set of these feet by Airwaves Ted on my first Kossel but during the build of my 2nd printer, I wanted to fix it down to the ceramic tile in the enclosure. This was to stop it moving around as my enclosures are on castors and get shifted about and also to reduce vibration of the printer frame when printing. So the only addition to the original file is the inclusion of a lug on each foot with a hole to secure to the deck. I used draught excluder foam tape on the bottom of the feet to reduce noise transmission through to the IKEA Lack enclosure. As previous original model, the height can be adjusted by scaling in Z axis only within your slicer. The standard model is around 45mm tall. Feet secures to the printer frame using a pair of M4 x 8mm cap head screws and Tee nuts per foot. Thanks to Airwaves Ted for the original design which works really well.
