Kossel Linear Drive Belt Lower Cover
cults3d
I designed a cover for the bottom opening of each tower on a Kossel / Delta printer. This rectangular opening accommodates the timing belt, providing some extra clearance to account for slight variations in the pinion's position. It's meant to be easily removable when you need access, with 6mm teeth that fit neatly into the extrusions. I created this cover specifically for the Anycubic Kossel Linear, but it should work well on other Kossel printers using 20mm extrusions. The idea struck me after I accidentally dropped a few screws and an SD card down the hole. Update: I added another version with a cable slot, allowing you to feed the extruder stepper cable into the channel on one of the towers. The SketchUp file has been updated to include both models.
