Kossel grooved mount for round cooling duct

Kossel grooved mount for round cooling duct

I tried the "Cooling Duct That Works!" by doctek on my Kossel with E3D-v6 hotend so I remixed this part with "E3D v6 hotend complete mount (with groove) for Kossel mini 3D printer" by gtrick90. The result is a grooved mount that lets you mount the cooling duct, which also needs to be secured in place. To assemble, use one of the link parts from doctek's thing. One key adjustment I made was fitting the Kossel Effector to my 3D printer; it had turned out to be 1mm too thick based on official E3D-v6 drawings, so I sanded down the groove mount to get a proper fit. For anyone else dealing with this issue, uploading a modified effector at 7mm thick instead of the standard 8mm should work smoothly. Next up was fine-tuning the cooling duct mounting process. I found it wasn't sitting dead-center over my E3D hot-end, so I uploaded an updated grooved mount where the cooling duct mounting points have been shifted 2mm to the left side for improved alignment. Easy printing - just go ahead and get to work without bothering with any support.
