Glass Bed Support for Kossel Mini Now. It Works with a 170mm bed and easily expands to larger sizes up to 240 by simply adjusting the bd variable in your scad file. Just print this glass support, attach it with a strong 25mm M3 screw and spring. Use http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1102612 for inspiration. I replaced that thick folgertech mount with two openbeam clamps so it doesn't spin around. The new design has space for easy adjustment in case you need to repair the bed. And a tiny touch of maintenance won't break the setup as all is still solid when the kapton heater gets hot enough. This support was designed for heated beds and sits 5mm from any printed object due to my kapton heater choice. The setup might require a little filing work on your side; but just use your dremel and some care, that should do it. So no worries about your newly acquired heated bed printing in the wrong temperature zone. UPDATE: Bedrailmount Now Ready for Use - It Sits Only 7mm Tall Which Is Much Lower Than Folgertech Mount And You Should Not Worry That Your New Setup Will Collapse on you - Since It Was Added To Prevent Just Such Scenarios. You should be more than happy to note that using the new "bedrailmount" does seem to have some real promise and might even last a bit longer than other designs, mainly because it doesn't require much space around the screw holes. So give it another look now!
