Kossel fan duct and IR sensor mount for J-head hot end

This remix of Think3DPrint3D's J-head Kossel fan duct was created for use with a 40mm fan. I added a cutout and screw hole to accommodate my Mini Differential IR height sensor board, then sealed off the bottom to contain the air blown by the fan, allowing ABS printing to take place without issues caused by excessive airflow around the nozzle. Please note that this design is only compatible with Mini Differential IR height sensor boards shipped prior to July 2015; boards delivered after this date are slightly shorter, requiring a customized setup. Bridge details may be refined using a file and the fan itself will help hide these adjustments from view.
