Kossel effector fan mount

I'm working with a modified Folgertech kossel cooler mod. The original print was too long for my J-head on the Kossel Mini, so I redesigned it to attach against the top of my effector instead of using the vertical fan arm and lever from the original print. To do this, you'll need to print 2_doublefan and 3_doublefan from the original design, along with this new part. Simply mount it between the tower arms on top of the effector base.
