Kossel E3D bowden effector

Based on Johann's standard effector design, I created an E3D hotend-compatible version, recessing it as much as possible while maintaining the autolevel probe. The design includes a modified autolevel probe mount with an extra hole for teflon tube support against wobbling. A 2mm Allen key fits inside the standard 1.75mm filament teflon tube, providing approximately 3mm of travel from the hotend tip to the deployed probe tip. Config.h settings involve a 20mm offset and a z-probe offset of 21.5mm in the Y direction when mounted conventionally. Assemble the effector and clamp, which fit into the E3D heatsink's groove to secure it in place.
