This is a diamond hotend mount for the FLsun Q5 delta printer. the holes for the rods are intended for 3mm screws. This hot end is quite heavy so consider lowering the print speed. This is just an experiment as I think it's probably not a good idea but who knows... I tried to get the center of gravity as close as possible to the lower mount. The cooling fan is 40mm The motherboard is a MKS Rumba 32 running Marlin 2.0.7.2 The extruders are Titan clones. I attached the configuration.h file I'm working on. At this point Marlin successfully compiles an uploads to the board. Don't try this at home as it hasn't been tested in real life yet ;-) EDIT : here are the new config files for Marlin 2.0.7.2. They have been tested and the prints are sort of let's say existing and quite accuarte.. I'm still struggling with the Z probe offset settings.The lack of print cooling fan doesn't help either. This config uses TMC2208 in UART mode and the stock leveling probe and 3 Titan clones extruders. Esteps are inacurate by now but the delta radius settings seem ok as the bed and nozzle PIDs. Todo : - add a part cooling fan - add a mount for a bed leveling device of some kind. maybe reuse the one that comes with the Q5 :: DONE using a piece of steel and an angle grinder.
