I've taken the original design by Lucan07 and given it a remix of my own. I was really impressed with the initial concept, as it seemed to hold a lot of promise for my self-printed roller system, which was struggling with linear motion. After trying out the original design first, I decided to make some improvements: - I added a slight built-in pretension to remove play and increase stiffness. - Thicker walls were added to address bending and shear stiffness issues that were too low. - Hex nut cutouts were also included so the carriage isn't just screwed into plastic. First usage was on April 8, 2018. You can check it out here: https://youtu.be/R9W2tKLl6ho Let me know if you need an alternative version. I'm excited to see what others will create with this design!
