Kossel / Delta E3D Titan Clone Flying Extruder Mount

Remixed from phili76's Titan 2020 extruder mount. UPDATE 7/2019: Posted a v1.1 reinforced version, after the original PLA @30% cracked (probably from heat cycling making it brittle). Printed in PETG @70% this time. The Trianglelabs clone of the E3D Titan extruder didn't seem to have a flying extruder mount that fit properly, so I designed one. I created this design to fit my Anycubic Kossel Pulley delta printer perfectly. Additionally, there are mounts for surgical tubing (9mm OD, 6mm ID) for the suspension system of the flying extruder mount. The mount itself simply has M3 holes, any mount could be designed for different tubing etc. The surgical tubing mounts can be attached with M3x10mm screws (designed to countersink cap head style), and should be fastened with nylock nuts. Tubing should be left slightly too long, not pulling between carriage and extruder mount. The Key-Bak makes the extruder float weightlessly, while the tubing simply keeps the extruder centered. Video of the setup in action, so you can see how the extruder sits with the tubing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iIOkIFi1THI There is a recess in the middle/top of the mount for attaching a zip tie. To reduce the weight on the carriage assembly (an important problem as I have magnetic arms on my Kossel), I mounted a Key-Bak SUPER48, which basically neutralizes the weight of the flying extruder. Future plans: - Provide a mount for the Key-Bak, mine is sort of rigged up at the moment. - Provide a mount for the carriages; I used a leftover part from another project.
