Effector tilt has become a widespread issue that delta printers often encounter. This problem arises from misalignment of the effector, carriage, and arms, as well as a lack of symmetry in their design. To address this challenge, this innovative solution allows for adjusting the distance between the arms on the carriages by about 1mm in both inward and outward directions. Specifically tailored to fit 20mm linear rails, this design incorporates magnetic joints that can be easily customized to suit individual needs. The model was created using Fusion 360, a powerful CAD software; anyone interested in obtaining the source file is encouraged to request it.
