This sleek design utilizes two M3 pan head screws and t-nuts to securely fasten the mount to the 2020 extrusion. I connect the LED strips directly to the reliable 12V power supply. The LEDs featured in my front panel mount photos are specifically 3528's. When purchasing LEDs, it is essential to consider that the more LEDs per meter, the hotter the strip will be. For instance, with 5M of 3014 LEDs I have, the calculation reveals 204 LEDs per meter, resulting in a very bright display, but my temperature measurement showed it was only 51C. To test the LEDs in a strip, I found that the PLA became pliable. To maintain optimal performance, it is recommended to keep the maximum number of LEDs per meter at or below 60. This ensures the LED strip remains at a comfortable temperature around 35C. The SIDE option allows the mount to be attached on the side of the 2020 extrusion, while the BACK option mounts directly onto the back of the 2020.
