I would no longer use this outdated cooling method as blower fans significantly improve PLA cooling while supporting a higher pressure differential. Check out my new design, located at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2155007. This updated PLA cooling fan mount improves upon the kossel clear fan mount by accommodating 2 x 40 mm fans for PLA cooling and one 30 mm fan for extruder cooling. When using thin 40 mm fans, they can be mounted internally without encroaching on printable area. Other designs that place 40 mm fans on the same side often fall short of effective cooling when corner positions are opposite. By positioning the fans 180 degrees apart, this design offers a promising solution. I'm currently testing its effectiveness. Even with minor adjustments required for nut area size in ABS prints, I highly recommend using the fan duct designed for extruder use as a workaround involves simply drilling it out or adhering ABS glue to ensure proper fitment.http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:610728
