An updated version can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:245779. This mounting method for the power supply to the frame is more organized than using zip-ties. The small tab secures the hoops into the vertical slotted posts, which twist into the beam's slot and lock in the vertical position. The power supply maintains the post's stability. Extra locking tabs are included in the STL file, as they are small and might have printing issues. In the photograph, it is installed externally, but it should be placed inside the frame.
