I made a design using binder clips that worked just fine for me. After several iterations of that setup, I decided to create something even more user-friendly. The spring measures 1/4" x 1/2" x .035". I bought bags of five at my local hardware store and use them too for hotbed leveling. Three M3x5 flathead screws secure the motor. An M3x25 screw holds the arm firmly to the motor. Two M3x10 button head screws keep the lever in place. The bowden tube is secured by threading a 4mm nut into the lever, which is held tight by the top cap. I found that using a 608ZZ v-groove bearing does an excellent job of keeping the filament on track. The guide and bowden tube are precisely centered over the bearing, which also helps to keep everything in line. Print Settings Printer: Kossel Clear Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: 75%
