Economically enhance your printer's rigidity by printing specific components that contain four side posts for each side you want to fortify. You'll need twelve M3x10 screws, nine M3 nuts, and four M3x8 screws. Purchase two 36-inch pieces of 1/2-inch x 1/16-inch (or 1/2-inch x 1/20-inch) aluminum L-channel from your local hardware store. Cut the aluminum to 810mm in length. Install the shorter posts on opposite corners, followed by the taller ones on the other two corners. Ensure proper alignment during installation. Lastly, fasten the crossing points with an M3x8 screw and nut. Use this method to stiffen your printer while maintaining accessibility.
