Kossel carriage with tensioner for rod ends
thingiverse
I envisioned a compact carriage with an integrated tensioner to eliminate the need to relocate my Kossel's top for tensioning, so I streamlined the belt tensioning system by xavan. On my Kossel mini, the carriage won't obstruct the movement of Traxxas rod ends. You'll require some 4mm round stock or a comparable-sized round hook, similar to what xavan uses (8mm and 22mm in length). Mounting holes are spaced 20x20mm apart. M3 hardware is utilized throughout the assembly process. Begin by threading the three M3 nuts into their designated pockets. Edit: The original file boasts a width of 42mm, but I've also included an alternative version with the more conventional width of 40mm.
