Kossel carriage with implant screw support for belt tension and endstop trigger adjustable

thingiverse

This is a precision-crafted Kossel carriage, designed with an innovative implant screw system that enables optimal belt tension and an adjustable endstop trigger mechanism for superior control. The liner rail used in this model is the high-quality MGN12H. CARRIAGE: Four M3x8 screws are required for attaching the carriage implant screw, which is optional but recommended for added stability. Four M3x16 screws secure the liner rail block into place. An M3x16 screw paired with an M3 flange nut holds the endstop trigger firmly in position. Please note that there is a simpler design available for the pivot screw hole on this carriage. To simplify assembly, you can insert the insert from the back of the carriage; however, if the carriage is already attached to the liner rail block, it's still possible to mount it correctly. ENDSTOP: For attaching the endstop mount on 2020 aluminium, use an M3x10 screw paired with an M3 flange nut. The OMRON SS-5GL switch mount is secured with an M2x16 grub screw for added stability and durability during belt installation. BELT INSTALLATION: Start by making a small circle in the center of the belt; this will be inserted into the belt holder. Once it's seated, pull on the belt gently until tension is achieved, then secure it with zip ties to maintain optimal performance.
