Kossel Bed Clamp with Swinging Arm
thingiverse
I designed this specifically for my 250mm round glass plate on my kossel, incorporating a swinging bed arm clamp that makes it effortless to detach the bed when required. This setup is adaptable for beds with various diameters. Hardware Requirements: * 2x M3x8 bolts * 1 Nut To accommodate different bed thicknesses, I've included multiple arms in this design. Note that an arm designed for a 3mm bed actually has a width of 2.5mm (subtracting 0.5 for tolerance) to ensure a secure grip on the bed. If you need a customized size, feel free to let me know and I'll add it. Instructions 1. Print three identical sets, consisting of one body part and one arm. 2. Use an M3x8 bolt to securely attach the arm to the body component. 3. Insert a nut into your openbeam assembly and secure it with another M3x8 bolt threaded through the body piece into the nut. 4. Position the three assembled parts around the bed, carefully clamping each one down.
