Edit 12/11/2017: I've set up my Repetier Host with these settings: 'Settings_Repetier_Host_v2_0_5.7z' - Check out the files in '\rThing Files'\r\rHey,\r\rI built my own Kossel Delta printer and I'm really proud of it.\r\rThe frame is made up of six aluminum profiles that measure 20x20x360mm, along with three profiles that are 20x20x750mm long. I used an I-Typ Nut 5 to secure the longer pieces.\r\rI designed my printer using Sketchup and I'm really happy with how it turned out.\r\rI got some help from the community, so thanks to everyone who contributed.\r\rHere are some of the files I used: kossel effector (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:747286), Kossel carriage (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:858871), Kossel frame 2020 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:208458/#files), and a Graphics LCD case for Kossel 2020 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1411982).\r\rI also created some of my own parts, including a cover for the Kossel carriage (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2703858) and a cable stabilizer for the Kossel effector (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2703744). You can find all of my uploaded files in 'Thing Files'.\r\rI printed out all of the parts using my CTC Creator, with two to three shells and 30-50% infill.\r\rIn addition to the printer itself, I've also included the Sketchup file and a custom firmware - check them out in 'Thing Files'.\r\rThe hexagonal plate that holds the bed is made of 5mm VA material and was laser cut. You can find the DWG and DXF files for cutting in 'Thing Files' as well.\r\rMy power supply is a Meanwell SP-200-12, and I'm using a RAMPS v1.4 controller.\r\rI hope you enjoy building your own Kossel Delta printer!
