Here's how you build a quick jig to trim Delta arm parts to the precise length every time, with room for three cuts. At present, this model is being printed on a MendelMax 3 3D printer at an angle of forty degrees, just so it can sit snugly diagonally within its base plate area. The bolts that will hold this fixture securely together have pre-drilled holes for five-millimeter screws to go through easily. At the far end of each cut piece, I'm reserving space to screw in a stop with an M5 thread size. Plus, towards one side, there's also a built-in channel big enough to snugly hold a 10 millimeter pipe without overhanging any surface edge or other part component after assembly.
