Kossel 2020 Optimized Carriage Mount

This is a complete overhaul of the Kossel 2020 Carriage Mount. The original component proved to have far too much belt drag (The belt rubbed on itself, the mount, and one bolt in the mount). A new design has been developed with several adjustments to minimize friction and extend belt lifespan: Belt attachment points are now positioned slightly farther apart. Clear indication is made that a certain bolt should not intersect the belt's motion area. A channel has been added to prevent the belt from rubbing against the face of the part.
